• If the webinar is free, there are no payments involved, and therefore no refunds apply.

2. Paid Webinars or Programs

• Once you register and make payment, your seat is confirmed.

• Refunds are generally not offered unless the event is canceled by us.

• If you are unable to attend, you may request to transfer your spot to another upcoming session (subject to availability).

3. Event Cancellation by Us

• In the rare event that we cancel the webinar, you will receive a full refund of your registration fee.

• If the webinar is rescheduled, you may choose to attend the new date or request a refund.

4. Technical Issues

• We are not responsible for participant-side technical issues (e.g., poor internet connection, device problems).

• In such cases, we may provide access to a replay if available, but refunds will not be issued.
